This new Student Government Association initiative encourages students to get to know the Tuscaloosa food scene, have fun socializing and earn a prize doing so.
Rules are simple. Drop by the SGA office on the second floor of The University of Alabama Student Center and pick up your official food tour card. Visit 10 of the businesses listed below and have an employee write the name of the business in one of the circles. Complete the card and return to the SGA office by the first week in May for a Taco Mama discount card.

Do you have a favorite food spot not on the list? Madeline Martin, SGA vice president for external affairs, said the SGA leadership hopes more restaurants and coffee shops will join the tour.
