Here's the latest on three different ongoing homicide investigations from a busy week in Tuscaloosa County.
TUSCALOOSA, AL β Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit Captain Jack Kennedy, the commander of the unit, provided local media with updates on three unrelated homicide investigations on Thursday following a busy week in Tuscaloosa County.

The cases addressed include a child abuse death and its subsequent arrest; the latest on a body found at the Tuscaloosa Alcoholics Anonymous clubhouse; and an arrest in a fatal double shooting at Brookhaven Apartments early Thursday morning.
