West Alabama Prostitution Bust Results In Seven Arrests
Six men and a juvenile were arrested in a recent undercover operation by the West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Six men and a juvenile were arrested in a recent undercover operation by the West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force targeting people who solicit commercial sex.

The arrests came after the suspects allegedly responded to an online ad placed by undercover officers, went to a predetermined location and offered money in exchange for sex.

All were charged with soliciting prostitution — a Class A misdemeanor — and booked into jail with bond set at $300 each.

- Benjamin Kannard, 47, of Eutaw
- Amar Walden, 33, of Tuscaloosa
- Davian Williams, 24, of Northport
- James Renico Rashod Wilson, 28, of Tuscaloosa
