1 Dead In North Phoenix Head-On Crash Involving School Bus
A man has died in a head-on crash near north 19th Avenue and Cholla Street in north Phoenix Wednesday morning, police said.
PHOENIX, AZ — A man died after his sedan crossed over the median and struck a tow truck and school bus in north Phoenix Wednesday morning, police said.
The man was driving a silver sedan on northbound 19th Avenue when he crashed into a tow truck and school bus that were in the southbound lanes at the time, according to police.
The tow truck and school bus drivers were not seriously injured in the crash, police said.

There were no passengers in either vehicle at the time of the crash, which occurred around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to police.
Police say they do not know if the driver was impaired.
