11 Students From Phoenix Recognized For Academic Achievements
Eleven university students from Phoenix have been recognized for academic achievement at schools across the U.S. Do you know any of them?

PHOENIX, AZ — Attending institutions of higher learning all over the U.S. – Plymouth State University, the University of Mississippi, Graceland University, and many others – 11 university students from Phoenix were recognized for their academic achievements:
- Gabrielle Igo, majoring in Criminal Justice, was named to Plymouth State University’s Fall 2019 semester President’s List. To qualify, Igo had to earn a GPA of at least 3.7 while taking 12 or more semester credit hours.
- Kayleanne Kizior, who participated in an art exchange project with an Irish student recently, was named to the Fall 2019 Dean’s List at Bradley University. An Interactive Media Animation major, Kizior had to earn a GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale for the semester.
- Aidan Weber was named to the Fall Term Dean’s List at Wartburg College. To achieve the honor, Weber had to earn a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 in four or more classes in the Fall term.
- Rex Linthicum was initiated into the University of Mississippi’s Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Inductees must be invited into the chapter, and membership is limited to the top 10 percent of the senior class or graduate students, or the top 7.5 percent of the junior class.
- Katelyn Zuercher received a student body nomination to serve in the Eastern Mennonite University Student Government Association, which includes 13 senators and 4 or 5 executive members. She was a member of the association for the Fall 2019 semester.
- Rachel Chavez was listed on the Fall 2019 President’s List at Graceland University. To make the roll, Chavez had to earn a 4.0 GPA.
- Jordan Martin’s name appeared on the Fall 2019 Dean’s List at Graceland University. Martin had to earn a GPA of 3.25 to 3.64 to achieve the honor.
- Jacey Renae Duncan, an Exercise Science major, earned a spot on the Fall 2019 Dean’s List at Central Methodist University. To qualify, Duncan had to earn a GPA of at least 3.5 for the semester.
- Joshua Thomas, majoring in Biochemistry, was named to Marietta College’s Fall 2019 Dean’s High Honors List. To qualify for the list, Thomas had to earn at least a 3.75 semester GPA while taking 15 or more credit hours.
- Emily Lorraine Maxey’s name appeared on the Angelo State University Fall 2019 Dean’s List. The Physics major had to earn a GPA of 3.25 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Sadie Anderson earned a spot on the Jacksonville State University’s President's List for the Fall 2019 semester. To be eligible, Anderson had to attend university full-time and earn a 4.0 GPA.
