3 Arrested In Phoenix Area Interstate Police Chase

PHOENIX, AZ — Three men were arrested after a multi-county police chase on Tuesday morning, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said.

The men were traveling west on Interstate 10 in Pinal County in a pickup truck when a trooper attempted to pull them over unsuccessfully around 7:30 a.m., according to the department.

The truck continued speeding on Interstate 10 westbound through the Phoenix area, before continuing onto Interstate 17 and eventually 7th Street, the department said.

The truck came to a stop near Buckeye Road and 4th Street, when the three occupants left the truck and ran away from the scene, according to the department.

Charges against the three men have not been released, the department said.
