3 Men Accused Of Selling Meth Out Of Phoenix Car Sales Business
The men were charged after investigators said they found 20 pounds of meth and 4,000 pills suspected to contain fentanyl.
PHOENIX, AZ — Three men were arrested and charged on suspicion of selling methamphetamine and fentanyl out of a Phoenix used car dealership, according to a news release from the Arizona Drug Enforcement Administration.
Marco Antonio Ortiz, 31, was charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale. Hiram Velasquez-Amarillas, 35, was charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale and possession of narcotic drugs for sale. Cesar Avila-Aguilar, 52, was charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs for sale and misconduct involving weapons.
All three men were arrested Jan. 20 and arraigned Jan. 24 in Maricopa County Superior County, according to a news release from the DEA.

The DEA accused the three men of selling methamphetamine and fake oxycodone pills that law enforcement believe actually contained fentanyl out of BSG Auto Sales in Phoenix, according to the news release.
Investigators said they found inside the business and took as evidence around 20 pounds of methamphetamine, 4,000 pills that they suspected contain fentanyl, 14 guns and two vehicles, according to the DEA.
