UPDATE: 6-Year-Old Boy Injured In Phoenix Crash Has Died
Update: Rayden Ginsburg, 6, has died after he and two adults were struck by a pickup Tuesday as they crossed 75th Avenue in the crosswalk.

PHOENIX — Phoenix police reported Thursday that a 6-year-old pedestrian has died after he and his two adult babysitters were struck by a Chevy truck Tuesday in a Phoenix crosswalk. The child, whom police have now identified as Rayden Ginsburg, started walking across 75th Avenue at the Thomas Road intersection about 7:45 p.m. with a 21-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman.
At the same time, a 23-year-old man headed south on 75th Avenue driving a 2005 Chevy Silverado pickup entered the Thomas Road intersection “as the light cycled to red for southbound traffic,” according to Phoenix PD Sergeant Tommy Thompson.
As the Silverado passed through the intersection, it struck the boy and the two adults as they tried to cross 75th Avenue eastbound in the crosswalk. Rayden sustained critical injuries, the man was critically injured and the woman was seriously injured.

All three were taken to the hospital, while the driver of the pickup stayed at the scene. Police concluded said the driveer was not impaired at the time of the accident, and the investigation continues.
In the meantime, a GoFundMe campaign has been set up to help his family cover Rayden's funeral expenses, and shows many photos of Rayden and his family.
