AZ Expected To Get 4th Super Bowl, New Orleans 11th, At NFL Vote

NFL owners are scheduled to announce on Wednesday that the 2023 and 2024 Super Bowls will be played in Arizona and New Orleans, respectively

GLENDALE, AZ – Who knows how the Cardinals and Saints will be doing n 2023 and 2024? This much is for sure – If all goes according to plan, on Wednesday NFL owners will announce that Arizona and New Orleans will be getting the Super Bowls for 2023 and 2024, respectively.

It will be Arizona's fourth time hosting the big game – following the Super Bowls in 1996, 2018, and 2015. It will be the third Super Bowl at the University of Phoenix stadium.

For New Orleans, it will a record 11th time hosting and the first time since the 2013 game between the Raven and 49ers. That game will forever be remembered for the 3rd Quarter blackout the darkened the Superdome.

The decisions, first reported by Sports Business Journals, will be the first announced under the NFL's new way of picking host cities for the Super Bowl. Instead of cities submitting bids, the league will reach out to certain cities, see if they're interested, and then the two sides will hammer out a deal.

The next four Super Bowls are scheduled for Atlanta, Miami, Tampa, and Los Angeles.
