Four People In Phoenix Died In Shootings Last Weekend: Police
One man is suspected of shooting a family member before turning the gun on himself, according to police.

PHOENIX, AZ — Four people were killed in Phoenix over the weekend in three separate shootings, according to Phoenix police.
Mary Ousley, 68, and Bobby Ousley, 57, were both found dead around 9:30 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of West Thomas Road, police said. The investigation is still not complete, but police suspect that Bobby Ousley shot Mary Ousley to death before turning the gun on himself, police said.
Early Saturday morning, police found Paul Tellez, 28, with a gunshot wound near 40th Street and Southern Avenue. Emergency responders took him to a local hospital where he died from his injuries, police said.

Police believe he was in an argument with another man just before 3 a.m. Saturday when the other man shot him. Police do not have any suspects in custody.
Another man was found shot to death shortly after 1 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of 65th Avenue and West Thomas Road, according to police.

Cesar Garcia Burgos, 20, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. Police were working to determine what led up to the shooting.
