Greystar Begins Pre-Leasing for Azur, Latest Luxury Community in CityNorth

Initial Move-Ins for First 100 Residences Available in January

Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development, and management of real estate, has announced that pre-leasing for its latest luxury apartment community, Azur, has begun this month.

Upon completion, Azur will feature 348 apartment homes across 7 floors and 13 luxury floor plans. The first 100 residences and community amenities will open for initial move-ins in January. For the first 20 residents, Azur will offer Founder’s Club offerings valued at more than $500.
