Help Find The People Who Killed A Woman In A Hit And Run: Police
Virginia Tarango was hit and killed while riding her bike on Jan. 29. While she was laying in the road, another car hit her and drove away.

PHOENIX, AZ — Phoenix police are looking for the public's help in finding the drivers of two cars that hit a woman riding her bike in Phoenix on Jan. 29, killing her, and then drove away, according to police.
Virginia Tarango, 44, was hit and killed while she road her bike around 8:26 p.m. near 4300 W. Cypress St. in Phoenix, police said.
Tarango was headed north on 43rd Avenue, crossing Cypress Street, when a small, dark colored sedan or SUV hit her and drove away, according to police.

People who saw the crash tried to block traffic to keep other cars from hitting Tarango, but witnesses said a white Chevrolet Tahoe or Cadillac Escalade drove around them, hit Tarango and drove away.
