I-10 Traffic: Fatal Crash Shuts Eastbound Traffic West Of Tonopah

The Arizona Department of Public Safety says that three semi-trucks were involved in a crash by milepost 79, killing one driver.

TONOPAH, AZ – One driver is dead and another injured after three semi-trucks were involved in a crash on I-10 Tuesday morning. The Arizona Department of Public Safety says that the collision happened on I-10 by milepost 79.

The crash shut the eastbound lanes for several hours.

Officials say that the crash happened when one semi rolled over. A second semi came upon it and, while it was able to come to a stop, a third semi was unable to stop in time.
