Man Charged With Murder In North Phoenix Shooting
William Wickware, 58, was charged with first-degree murder in a shooting near 23rd and Northern avenues Sunday night.
PHOENIX, AZ — A man was charged with murder Monday in a shooting that killed his girlfriend Sunday night, Phoenix police said.
Minh Thi Phan, 49, died in the shooting near 23rd and Northern avenues just after 11 p.m. Sunday, according to police.
Phan's boyfriend, William Wickware, 58, was charged with first-degree murder, police said.

Wickware is being held in jail on $1 million bail.
If convicted, Wickware faces either life in prison with or without the chance of parole or the death penalty.
