Man Injured In Phoenix Shooting

A man suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being shot near Third Avenue and Indian School Road in Phoenix, police said.

PHOENIX, AZ — A man was injured Friday after he was shot as he walked near the intersection of Indian School and Third Avenue, Phoenix police said.

The unidentified victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to police.

The victim said an unknown man shot at him around 11 a.m., police said. No suspects were named or charged in connection with the shooting.
