Man Sleeping In Blankets Struck And Killed In Parking Lot
The man was so badly injured that it took officers time to determine it was a person that had been killed.

PHOENIX, AZ – A woman driving to her job Tuesday morning struck and killed a man sleeping in a parking lot. It happened by Thomas Road and Central Avenue.
Police were called around 6:30 a.m. after the woman realized that she might have run over someone. She originally thought that she had run over debris as she parked her car.
Officers believe that the man had been wrapped in blankets, sleeping, when he was struck.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
