Newborn Of Woman Shot And Killed In Critical Condition
The newborn was delivered at seven months after police say that his mother was shot and killed by her boyfriend on Tuesday.

PHOENIX, AZ – It was a moment of hope from tragedy. Phoenix police say that after a pregnant woman was shot and killed by her boyfriend, doctors were still able to deliver her baby.
Police say that 29-year-old Chelsee Dennis was seven-months pregnant when her boyfriend shot her Tuesday afternoon as they sat in a car by 8300 N. 7th Street.
Dwight Miles, 36, was arrested for homicide after he was seen fleeing from the car, according to police.

Dennis was rushed to the hospital where doctors delivered a boy who is in critical condition. She died from her injuries.
