Noise Complaint Leads To Shooting Death In Phoenix: Police
After an argument over noise, two men walked out of their apartments carrying guns, according to Phoenix police. One of them was killed.

PHOENIX, AZ — An argument between neighbors late Sunday morning in Phoenix ended with a fatal shooting, according to Phoenix police.
Nicasio Yzagere, 33, was shot inside an apartment around 11:30 a.m. Sunday, near Ocotillo Road and Black Canyon Highway, police said.
Yzagere was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries, according to police.

Police have not publicly identified the suspected shooter.
The dispute began with a noise complaint, and escalated when both men came out of their homes while carrying guns, police said. It ended when Yzagere was shot, police said.

The suspected shooter was detained, but as of Sunday evening, he had not been arrested, police said.
