Pedestrian Killed In Phoenix Bus Stop Crash
A pedestrian was killed and another suffered serious injuries Thursday night, after a pickup truck lost control and crashed into a stop.
PHOENIX, AZ — A pedestrian was killed and another suffered serious injuries in a crash at a bus stop at 23rd Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix Thursday night, Phoenix police said.
The pedestrian was struck by a pickup truck driven by a juvenile that lost control driving on Camelback, crashing into the stop at 10:30 p.m., according to police.
Another pedestrian that was at the stop suffered serious injuries in the crash but is expected to survive, while the pickup truck driver was uninjured in the crash, according to police.
