Phoenix Park Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 2 Injured, Killer On The Run
Nearly 200 people were gathered at Eastlake Park when shots rang out. In the aftermath, one person is dead and two others wounded.

PHOENIX, AZ – A killer is on the run. Phoenix police say that someone fired a gun at a gathering Sunday evening at Eastlake Park, killing one person and injuring two others.
It happened just after 7 p.m..
Police say that 200 people were at the park for a get together when the shots were fired.

In the aftermath, 46-year-old Timothy McGhee was found with a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a hospital where he died.
Also shot was a 42-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman. Both had what the police consider non-life-threatening injuries.

Police have not said if the man and woman are connected to McGhee.
Detectives are asking that anyone with information to please call them or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
