Search Resumes At Canyon Lake For Body Of Omar Linares
Linares was on the lake with friends in February when his kayak overturned. Windy conditions pushed his friends away from where he was.

CANYON LAKE, AZ – The search for Omar Linares at Canyon Lake resumed Thursday. Linares had been out on Canyon Lake with three friends when his kayak overturned in February.
The four had been by Beer Can Point when it happened.
Windy conditions had pushed his friends away from Linares. By the time, they returned with the help of passersby, they couldn't find him.

The dive team searched for days without success.

On Thursday, the dive team working with a drone from a private company, resumed their search in the lake.
Linares, who was 23, lived in Mesa. He was not married.
