Silver Alert Issued For Phoenix Man With Medical Condition

PHOENIX, AZ — A Silver Alert has been issued for 79-year-old Antonio Manuel Holguin, Phoenix police said.

Holguin was last seen near his home, at north 4th Street and east Union Hills Drive, on foot, on Wednesday, according to police.

He has a medical condition which causes him to appear lost and confused, police said.

Holguin is 5-foot-9 and weighs 155 pounds, with graying hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, with khaki pants, black Nike shoes and a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball hat, according to police.

Anyone with information about Holguin's whereabouts was asked to call Phoenix police's missing person's unit at (602)-534-2121, or the department's after hours number, at (602)-262-6141.
