St. Vincent De Paul Expands Presence, Resources In Phoenix

St. Vincent de Paul in Phoenix has opened a new 40,000-square-foot building downtown with more beds, a family resource center, and pantry.

PHOENIX, AZ – While Phoenix's economy has been booming in recent years, there are still many people in need. It is those people that St. Vincent de Paul is dedicated to helping.

The number of homeless and unsheltered people in Maricopa County has doubled since 2014, according to the county. Recognizing the growing need, they have opened a new 40,000-square-foot building on its campus downtown.

The building – the organization's first capital project in a quarter century – has several features that they believe will assist Phoenix's population of people in need.
