Woman Killed In Phoenix Hit-And-Run Crash

A female pedestrian was struck and killed in a Wednesday night hit-and-run at 16th Street and Broadway Road in Phoenix, Phoenix police said.

PHOENIX, AZ — A 63-year-old woman was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash as she crossed 16th Street in Phoenix Wednesday night, Phoenix police said.

Pamela Desoto was killed in the crash, which occurred around 8:30 p.m., after she was struck by a dark-colored car that was traveling on Broadway Road, according to police.

No one has been charged in connection with the crash and anyone with information about the hit-and-run was asked to call Phoenix police at 602-262-6151 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
