2 Charged In Connection With Scottsdale Shooting

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A man and woman were charged and police are on the lookout for a third person in connection with a fatal Scottsdale shooting on May 23, Scottsdale police said.

Julian Gion Franco Gonzales, 29, was killed in the shooting, which occurred near Galvin Parkway and McDowell Road, according to police.

Leeontay Munns, 24, and Anya Bobo, 23, were arrested and charged in connection with Gonzales' death. Police are still looking for Quincy De'Omunique Marquis Bowen, police said.

Munns was charged with first-degree murder; Bobo was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, police said. Bowen is wanted on suspicion of first-degree murder, police said.

Anyone with information about Bowen's whereabouts was asked to call Scottsdale police at 480-312-8477.

If convicted of first-degree murder, Munns faces life in prison, with or without the chance for parole, or the death penalty.

If convicted of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, Bobo faces up to 15 years in prison.
