4th Person Charged In Scottsdale Murder Case

Quincy De'Omunique Marquis Bowen, 23, turned himself into custody in Portland, Oregon, Thursday in connection with a Scottsdale murder case.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A fourth person has been charged in connection with a murder case in Scottsdale, Scottsdale police said.

Julian Gion Franco Gonzales was found dead in Phoenix's Papago Park on May 23, with investigators linking the case to a residence in Scottsdale, according to police.

Three people have already been charged in connection with the case, on charges ranging from first-degree murder to conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

Quincy De'Omunique Marquis Bowen, 23, is the latest to be charged, with Bowen being charged with first-degree murder, police said.

If convicted of the charge, Bowen faces life in prison, with or without the chance for parole, or the death penalty.
