  1. Two large cities in Maricopa County have received millions for emergency rent aid. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors provided a total of $9.2 million to the emergency rental assistance programs in Mesa and Glendale to help renters avoid eviction. In total, the county has provided over $100 million in aid. (KTAR.com)
  2. An armed man on the Arizona State University campus was arrested early Saturday evening. Jesus Pineira was arrested after displaying a gun as he ran from the Greek Leadership Village. Pineira is not affiliated with the university in any way. (FOX 10 News Phoenix)
  3. A smoke shop owner and employee in Maricopa County were selling counterfeit Oxycodone pills containing large amounts of fentanyl. The Green Trail Smoke Shop in Mesa was selling M30 fentanyl pills – for seven months – that the owner got from the Mexican cartel. The employee admitted to selling the pills at least twice.
