Here are the top three stories today in Scottsdale:
- The Belgian Waffle Ride is coming to Scottsdale in 2023. The Scottsdale expansion is part of Monuments of Cycling's expansion project that includes Vancouver Island, Canada. There will now be seven races. The first Scottsdale race will be Mar. 4-5, 2023. (Velo News)
- Casual Convergence's 10th year at Scottsdale Waterfront will be from Nov. 4 to Nov. 13. The event will celebrate and feature artists from around the world in various mediums. About 250,000 individuals participate in Casual Convergence each year. Click for a list of returning artists for this year's event. (AZ Central)
- Scottsdale Community College will be offering a Production Assistant Certification program in October through the Scottsdale School of Film and Theatre. The program will be offered at the college for the next four years. This year's program will be certifying 40 individuals. (AZ Family)
