Here are the top three stories in Scottsdale today:

1. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has approved a development replat during its meeting last week. The approval was given for Tract A of the Seasons at Riverside and a well site for Richmond America Homes. Tract A will include 121 lots. (YourValley)
2. Today marks the end of the Chief Data and Analytics Officers APEX West 2022 conference. The event was held at Hilton Scottsdale Resorts & Villas. Veena Nayak, the President of Data Strategy and Solutions at the University of Phoenix, was the event's speaker. He spoke of ways to ensure analysts thrive in data positions. (Bakersfield.com)
3. The Maricopa County Medical Examiner's office is working to determine the cause of death of the woman found in a suitcase in the desert north of Phoenix. Authorities have identified the body as 39-year-old Jennifer Beede. The body was found near Cave Creek Road and the Carefree Highway on Sunday. (US News)
