Here are the top three stories today in Scottsdale:
- Gucci's first men's boutique in the Valley will open at Scottsdale Fashion Square. This is the second men's boutique for Gucci products in the country; there is already a Gucci women's store at Scottsdale Fashion Square. The store's opening date has not yet been announced. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
- Members of the Scottsdale City Council have voted to update the city's building and energy construction codes as part of a green incentive. This will include making a green construction code mandatory for all new buildings. Additionally, homeowners will be required to include the option to add electric vehicle charging outlets to the garages of new single-family homes. The decision was supported by all Council members. - Leading construction and product management company Transblue has opened its first Arizona location in Scottsdale. The company offers luxury design services for commercial, multi-family, and homeowner properties. The Transblue franchise began in 2019. (citysuntimes)
