Here are the top three stories today in Scottsdale:

1. Gucci's first men's boutique in the Valley will open at Scottsdale Fashion Square. This is the second men's boutique for Gucci products in the country; there is already a Gucci women's store at Scottsdale Fashion Square. The store's opening date has not yet been announced. 2. Members of the Scottsdale City Council have voted to update the city's building and energy construction codes as part of a green incentive. This will include making a green construction code mandatory for all new buildings. Additionally, homeowners will be required to include the option to add electric vehicle charging outlets to the garages of new single-family homes. The decision was supported by all Council members. 3. Leading construction and product management company Transblue has opened its first Arizona location in Scottsdale. The company offers luxury design services for commercial, multi-family, and homeowner properties. The Transblue franchise began in 2019. (citysuntimes)
