- This Christmas season, Scottsdale Fashion Square will be holding plenty of special experiences and events for the whole family. Santa has already made his annual debut at Scottsdale Fashion Square's Palm Court, and you can get photos with him seven days a week. - The city of Scottsdale voted unanimously in favor of requiring a license for homes that operate as short-term or vacation rentals. This will include such businesses as Airbnb.
