Here are the top 3 stories today in Scottsdale:

  1. Police are seeking the public's help to identify a suspect connected to a sexual assault that occurred in Old Town Scottsdale in October. Surveillance footage shows the male suspect dressed in a white shirt, jeans, and white shoes and carrying a black backpack. Anyone with information about the event or who believes they saw or heard something suspicious between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Oct. 12 is asked to contact the Scottsdale Police Department at 480-312-8477. (Arizona's Family)
  2. An innovative dance company based out of Los Angeles will return to town next month to perform. BODYTRAFFIC will be at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts on Dec. 9 at 8:00 p.m. The group will also offer an interactive student matinee that morning at 11:00 a.m. designed to get students grades three and above up and moving through a combination of hip-hop and ballet. Ticket prices range from $5 to $60. (Daily Independent)
  3. A woman has been charged with negligent homicide after her 13-month-old son died from a fentanyl overdose in September. Scottsdale police say 32-year-old Gabrielle Elizabeth Marshall failed to call 911 after the toddler allegedly got into her painkillers; Marshall instead contacted a friend who brought over Narcan. Marshall allegedly administered the Narcan but did not call the police until two hours after discovering her baby had taken the pills. (Arizona's Family)
