- A Scottsdale family will be featured in ABC's "The Great Christmas Light Fight" show. Brothers Kyle and Sammy Pratt have been decorating their parents' Scottsdale home since 2015 and this year, their lights display from 2021 will be featured on the ABC show during its premiere on Monday, Nov. 28. - The last day of the 3rd Annual Desert Horizon Precinct Turkey Drive is today, Monday, Nov. 21. The Desert Horizon Precinct collects turkeys to give to families in need for Thanksgiving. Those with donations can drop them off from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Phoenix police precinct. (Phoenix Police via Twitter)
- The Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce announced its 2023 picks for Hall of Fame inductees. The 28th Annual Scottsdale History Hall of Fame event will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023. The Hall of Fame event honors individual community members, local companies, and non-profits. This year, the 2023 honorees are Sandy Bruner, Phil Carlson, Marion Kelley, Dr. James Schamadan, Parada del Sol Parade, and the Scottsdale Airport. Bios of the nominees can be found at the link.
