Limited Tickets For 2021 Waste Management Phoenix Open On Sale
Tickets are now available for the 2021 Waste Management Open in Scottsdale, but tickets are limited and pricier than in years past.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Tickets for one of Scottsdale's biggest events of the year are on sale, but the prices might surprise you.
Organizers for the 2021 Waste Management Phoenix Open announced Wednesday that a limited number of general admission tickets for the event are now available for purchase online. Tournament Chairman Scott Jenkins had previously saidthe upcoming tournament would be scaled back due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“We have been working closely with the PGA Tour and local health officials and are confident that we can safely host a limited number of fans for ‘The People’s Open’ in 2021,” Jenkins said in a statement. “We don’t have an exact attendance figure at this time but we will be conservative in all of our decision-making to ensure the health and safety of all involved with the event and our community.

General admission tickets will cost golf enthusiasts $100 per day for Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and $125 for Friday and Saturday. In comparison, tickets for the 2020 tournament ran for $45-$65 per person. Each transaction will be limited to 10 tickets, according to the news release.
Additionally, individual tickets for the coveted 16th Hole and Clubhouse are now available for purchase. Those tickets range from $500 and $750 per day, depending on location.

The scaled-down tournament is scheduled to take place from Feb. 1 - 7 at TPC Scottsdale. "The People's Open" is hosted annually by the Thunderbirds, which donated $14 million in proceeds from the 2020 tournament for charity.
