  1. Maricopa County requested that a judge throw out a bid by Kari Lake that requested immediate action on her request to get election records. The county said that the law does not specify how quickly record requests must be filled and that many other requests were submitted before Lake's Nov. 15 request. (Daily Independent)
  2. Six people, including four Scottsdale police officers and two pedestrians, were stuck by a car as the driver fled a traffic stop. Officers had pulled over the car for driving the wrong way. Injuries to the officers and pedestrians were minor and did not require medical treatment. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
  3. A former Scottsdale high school student is working to produce clean drinking water to farmers and gardeners in South Phoenix. Haley Holmes' project recently received a $25,000 grant to fund her project called Water Works. (Daily Independent)
