  1. Organizers of the upcoming Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships say they expect this year's event to break revenue records. The 11th annual event will be presented by Talking Stick Resort and hosted by WestWorld of Scottsdale on Nov. 5. In addition to a featured polo match, attendees can expect to enjoy multiple VIP party tents, collector cars, a fashion show, live music, and more. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
  2. The Scottsdale Unified School District (SUSD) is now accepting online applications from non-resident students wishing to enroll for the 2023-2024 school year. The online application opened Tuesday morning and families can expect to learn whether their application has been accepted by Dec. 1. Students grades kindergarten through 12th grade can apply for open enrollment at any one of the district's 30 campuses. (citysuntimes)
  3. The Appaloosa branch of the Scottsdale Public Library will host a seminar entitled "How to Avoid the Top Five Medicare Mistakes" tomorrow, Nov. 3. The event will cover the various components of Medicare, how and when to enroll, and how to avoid enrollment penalties. This hour-long event begins at 1:00 p.m. and is free to attend.
