Scottsdale One Of Best Travel Destinations In World: Condé Nast

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Scottsdale is one of the top nine travel destinations in the world, according to luxury travel magazine, Condé Nast Traveler.

Rebecca Misner, one of the magazine's editors, described Scottsdale as the perfect place to get away when she "can’t take another minute of winter."

Condé Nast Traveler's editors selected the locations on the list of "Best Destinations in the World: The Gold List 2022." The list, published Dec. 9, " is ultimately about the places and experiences our editors carry in their hearts," the editors wrote.

Of course Misner mentioned Scottsdale's attraction to spring breakers and snow birds alike, praising its desert views and Southwestern culture.

Misner's favorite spots to spend some time in Scottsdale are The Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort and Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort.

"Solo or with family, I can always bank on sunshine, a great exhibit at Phoenix’s nearby Desert Botanical Garden, and excellent Sonoran-style Mexican food," Misner wrote.

Some of the other destinations around the globe included in the magazine's gold list were Puebla, Mexico; Svalbard, Norway and Goa, India
