Here are the top three stories in Scottsdale today:

  1. Old Town Scottsdale's Loyalty Restaurant and Lounge has officially closed. The establishment operated for only 18 months. It was known for its live music and events. Fans of the establishment have taken to social media to enquire when it might reopen for business. At this time, owner June Durr does not have any reopening plans. (AZ Central)
  2. Scottsdale’s Taste of Fitness is scheduled for Sunday at the Scottsdale Sports Complex. The event is free to attend from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Participants will get an inside look at the city's fitness offerings. There will be a wellness expo, a kids' zone, a live DJ, and fitness demonstrations. (Signals AZ)
  3. Scottsdale's WestWorld plans to host even more event offerings in 2023. Since the facility expanded in 2014, WestWorld has become a bustling hub of equestrian shows, competitions, and events. In 2022, WestWorld hosted more than 70 events and attracted 500,000 people. The facility is working on a new master plan to strengthen its operations and modernize its infrastructure.
