Phoenix film fan launches online petition (phoenixnewtimes.com) — Tempe’s long-closed Valley Art theater on Mill Avenue remains dark nearly six years after its pandemic shutdown, but a local resident has launched a petition urging Harkins Theatres to reopen and modernize it.
