Arizona CBP Agent Shot, Injured Tuesday Morning
The agent was injured in the shooting in southern Arizona Tuesday morning.

A U.S. border patrol agent with the Tucson sector was shot and injured Tuesday morning in Arivaca, Arizona, near the Mexican border, the CBP said.
The agent was taken to an area hospital for treatment. The CBP did not provide information on the agent's condition.
"Several subject in the area were taken into custody," the CBP said in the statement posted to Twitter.
