Foothills Murder Victim Was Bound With Belts, Ties And Robbed
Officials say that Frank Martinez restrained Robert Belman with belts and ties, robbed him, and killed him.

TUCSON, AZ – Frank Eugene Martinez, Jr. used ties and belts to restrain 71-year-old Robert Belman to a chair before killing and robbing him, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department. Belman was found dead in his home last Thursday.
Deputies had been called to Belman's home on the 5400 block of East Calle Barril after getting calls concerned about him.
They found him dead in his home and his truck missing.

When deputies got to the house, they discovered that several items including a television, computer, and surveillance system were also missing.

Martinez is charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, burglary, and unlawful use of means of transportation. He is being held at Pima County Jail. Bail was set at $1 million.
