Old Nogales Highway in Tucson. Officials from the Pima County Medical Examiner's Office determined at the scene that the remains belonged to an adult male. Sunday, the Tucson Police Department <a href="https://patch.com/arizona/tucson/new-details-human-remains-found-near-s-old-nogales-highway" target="_blank">released more details on the man,</a> including that his ethnicity was likely Hispanic or Native American, in addition to photographic image representations and descriptions of his leg tattoos. Today, the Tucson Police Department reported that an acquaintance of the victim has come forward after recognizing the tattoos on social media. Police then held multiple interviews and were able to identify the dead man as 29-year-old Romulo M. Bacarse. Many facts remain unknown in this ongoing investigation, and anyone who can provide information is requested to call 88-CRIME. Callers can stay anonymous.
