Man, Woman Found Shot To Death Alongside 12th Avenue In Tucson

The two were found early Wednesday morning. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

TUCSON, AZ — A man and a woman who had been shot to death were found laying near 12th Avenue in Tucson early Wednesday morning, according to Tucson police.

Celina R. Garcia, 39 and Rashad Laron Smith, 44, were both pronounced dead at the scene.

Just after 3:30 a.m. Wednesday police were called to the 7100 block of South 12th Avenue when someone reported the shooting.
