One Dead In Wednesday Morning Crash In Tucson
Police believe impairment was a factor in the crash, according to local news reports.
TUCSON, AZ — One person died Wednesday morning in Tucson in a crash believed to have been caused by an impaired driver, according to local news reports.
KGUN reports the wreck happened near Wilmont and 16th Street. According to the report, a portion of Wilmont was closed near Broadway as police investigated the accident.
In a news report, KOLD wrote that two vehicles were involved in the crash.

The latter news outlet reported one driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other car stayed at the scene after the crash and is under investigation for suspicion of driving while impaired.
