Santa Cruz County Reports First Homicide In 7 Years
The sheriff's office says that Francisco Gonzalez was found stabbed in the driveway of a home early Wednesday morning.

RIO RICO, AZ – There was a homicide early Wednesday in Rio Rico in Santa Cruz County. It was the first one in the county in seven years.
The sheriff's office says that deputies went to a house near Camino Estornino early Wednesday morning after receiving calls of a man lying in the driveway.
There they found 24-year-old Francisco Gonzalez.

There are no reports of suspects or motive at this time.

Officials say that it was likely Gonzalez knew his killer.
