​Teen Dead In Tucson Shooting, Police Seek Leads

Police said the 16-year-old died at Tucson Medical Center.

TUCSON, AZ — Police in Tucson are asking for the public's help solving a shooting that left a 16-year-old dead around 1 a.m. Tuesday.

In a statement, police said the victim, Jaden Pillors, was shot and driven to Tucson Medical Center by a friend around 12:45 a.m. He was pronounced dead shortly after 1 a.m.

Authorities said the victim was with a friend when he was shot, and the friend shared some information with detectives.

Investigators, however, are still working to determine exactly where the shooting happened and who was involved.

No arrests have been made.

Anyone with information about where Pillors was late Monday or early Tuesday is asked to call 88-CRIME. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
