These Tucson Students Were Recognized For Academic Achievement

These 24 students from Tucson have earned their place on college honor rolls and Dean's and President's lists across the United States.

TUCSON, AZ — Several college students from Tucson are among the highest achievers across the U.S., appearing on President’s and Dean’s lists and honor rolls everywhere for the Fall 2019 semester:

Patrick Gage O’Brien earned a spot on the Dean’s List at Campbellsville University by earning a GPA of at least 3.50 and completing at least 12 semester hours.

Cola Altherr was named to Angelo State University’s Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s honor roll. A GPA of at least 3.30 is required during the semester.

Katia Guzman earned a place on the Pensacola Christian College’s Dean’s List by earning a semester GPA of at least 3.00.

Kason Kramer’s name appeared on Pensacola Christian College’s President’s List after he earned a GPA of 3.90 or more.

Katelynn Wilt was named to the Olivet Nazarene University Dean’s List. To qualify, a GPA of at least 3.50 is required while carrying a full-time undergrad course load.

Seth Rowland’s name appeared on the Bob Jones University President’s List after he earned a GPA of 3.75 or more.

Maisie Wagner was recognized for academic achievement on the Tallahassee Community College Dean’s List when she earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Jacob Engel and Felicity Tarr both appeared on the Dixie State University honor roll after earning a GPA of at least 3.5 while taking at least 15 credits.

Alan Leyva earned a spot on the President’s List at Culver-Stockton College. To qualify, he had to earn a GPA of 4.0 while being enrolled in at least 12 credit hours.

Sallie Wang and Evan Willmarth were both recognized for academic achievement on Lehigh University’s Dean’s List. To make the list, they had to take 12 or more credit hours while earning a GPA of at least 3.6.

Riley Westby was named to Hamline University’s Dean’s List by taking a full course load while earning a GPA of at least 3.5.

Margo F. Courtney earned a spot on the Clemson University President’s List by earning a 4.0 semester GPA.

Matthew St. Louis was named to the Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s Dean’s List based on “the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects,” the college reported. The school doesn’t calculate GPAs.

Ava Guagliardo’s name appears on the Carthage College Dean’s List for earning a GPA of at least 3.5 while carrying 14 or more semester credit hours.

Ellen Paul landed a spot on Seton Hall University’s Dean’s List by earning a GPA of at least 3.4 and no C or lower grades.

Daniel Hunt, Iliana Mendoza, Sulema Montoya and Jokaira Paredes Alvarez were all recognized on the Eastern New Mexico University Dean’s List after earning a GPA of 3.25 or more while taking 15 credit hours.

Karagan Knowles, Dreo Mae Polonski and Nadezhda Ryan all appeared on Emerson College’s Dean’s List after they earned a semester GPA of 3.70 or more.
