Tucson Amber Alert Latest: Car Found, Parents, Children Missing
The car driven by Luis and Andrea Ramirez after police say they abducted their children from a caseworker has been found. in Nogales.
TUCSON, AZ – The car that police say was being driven by parents who kidnapped their children from a case worker has been found in Nogales. The parents and two children were nowhere to be found.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Luis and Andrea Ramirez accusing them of kidnapping and domestic-violence kidnapping.
The Ramirezs do not have custody of their children and were having a supervised visit at a park when police say that the father duct taped the worker from the Department of Child Services to a tree and used a Taser on the worker.

The couple – who had been arraigned on Wednesday oon the charge of sexual exploitation of a minor – then fled with their children. The charges involved a child other than the couple's two children. Luis, 30, was last seen wearing a white striped polo shirt with blue jeans while Andrea, 28, was last seen wearing a white shirt and denim jeans.

Police say that they should be considered dangerous.
An Amber Alert has been issued. People are urged to call 911 or 520-88-CRIME.
