Tucson Man Arrested, Accused Of Multiple Bank Robberies
Tucson police arrested a man Thursday in connection with three bank robberies that occurred in September.
TUCSON, AZ — Tucson police arrested a man Thursday in connection with a string of bank robberies that occurred in September.
The man, identified as 29-year-old Jesus Fragoso, was taken into custody after the Tucson Police Department investigated a robbery at the Wells Fargo bank on 22nd Street near Sixth Avenue. Officials said Fragoso has also been charged with two other bank robberies, including one at the U.S. Bank inside the Safeway located at 1940 East Broadway Boulevard.

The investigation was conducted with the South Tucson Police.
