Alonso Rodriguez is charged with attempted kidnapping and burglary.Police say that just before 6:30 on Sunday morning, the 29-year-old Rodriguez opened the window of the girl's bedroom and tried to convince her to go with him.As that was going on, a family member heard the commotion, opened the bedroom and scared Rodriguez off, police say.Police found him early Monday morning in a parking lot by North Alvernon Way and East Presidio.
